OVERVIEW

Internal Sales Recognition Meeting with multiple Regional Events taking place.

 

The Scenario

Design a meeting that could be re-produced on multiple dates across the company’s entire Regional sales force.


The Work

We distributed the Event-In-a-Box we created, followed by a training webinar held to train all Location Leads. The Event template had to accommodate multiple room set-ups and audience sizes as well as be multi-lingual.

 

The Catch
Winners of certain awards would not be revealed until a few days before the Event in some locations.

 

The Product
Each Event was successfully delivered! Having very strict location specific guidelines allowed us to anticipate potential issues and saved everyone from unwanted anxiety leading up to each event. The participants had a great time and were able to share in the success of co-workers as well as learn certain practices that can help prepare them to be a sales leader!
