We were contacted to develop an App for a large scale Conference and Expo Event!
The App will eventually replace the standard printed Conference guide, creating huge savings in printing cost. It allowed attendees to real-time Schedules, Exhibitors, Sponsor and Attendee information, Connect via Social Media integration, view photos of the event, and have access to Conference Info including an Expo floor map, local area interest, as well as utilize ad space for Sponsors.
The app had to work off-line, across multiple device platforms, deliver analytics that enables the Conference to increase attendance at future events, and it all had to be ready within an 8-week timeline!
This Conference App had to be cool, easy to use and be able to have on-site updates as some Speaker schedules changed at the last minute.
We successfully delivered the Conference App on-time and within budget to a very happy client! The use of the App streamlined the experience for attendees, as well as helped re-enforce the Conference theme and Sponsor advertising needs. Using analytics identified user “characteristics” to help the Conference target future attendees and reduce potential marketing costs. Identifying these key elements will ultimately boost future Conference attendance, and enable the Conference to see higher Sponsorship engagement and advertising revenue!
